Each visit to the hairdresser can be divided into individual phases of service.

The customer satisfaction is not only decided by the result (= the hairstyle), but also by the experience (= service process).

The nine stages of the treatment process: It is important to understand that the service process begins before the customer enters the salon (i.e. when arranging appointments) and only ends the day after the customer has left the salon (i.e. drying or styling her/his hair in the bathroom the next morning).

Stage 2: Reception / waiting time
Stage 3: Advising the customer
Stage 4: Shampoo
Stage 5: After washing / waiting for the haircut
Stage 6: The haircut
Stage 7: Finishing / styling
